Study of the System of Fair Price of the early Xihan Dynasty Based on Hanjian in Zhangshan

先秦时期已经有了平价制度的雏形,并开始纳入法制轨道。从张家山汉简看出,西汉初期的平价制度基本上法制化。汉政府评定市场上商品的平价,而对未进入流通领域的财产、物品等也可以按其商品平价来折算。结合有关文献记载,可以清楚地了解汉初平价制度本身具体运行情况,可以充分地认识到平价制对于规范市场、稳定物价所起的历史作用。

On the System of fair price in the Eearly Dynasty,according to Hanjian in Zhangjiashan,The form of fair price had appeared during the pre-Qin Period,and the system of fair price started to be brought into the orbit of legal system.Seen from Hanjian in Zhangjiashan,its system had basically become a part of legality during the early Xihan Dynasty.The moderate prices of commodities in the market were be evaluated by government,but goods and properties which didn't entered the circulation of commodities could be set prices on the basis of the moderate prices in the market.According to some literature records,we could clearly understand the concrete operation of the fair price in the Eearly Han Dynasty,and we would adequately realize its historical meanings with regard to standardizing market and stabilizing prices.
