摘要
目的 制备齐多夫啶半乳糖神经酰胺脂质体并对其理化性质进行研究。方法 采用两次乳化法 ,以半乳糖神经酰胺为主要膜材制备齐多夫啶半乳糖神经酰胺脂质体并进行形态学观察、检测其包封率和稳定性。结果 透射电子显微镜下观察齐多夫啶半乳糖神经酰胺脂质体为粒径均匀的球形或近球形的小单层颗粒 ;粒径范围为 6 0~ 2 70nm ,D5 0为 1 4 0nm ;包封率达72 5 % ,但 1 0d后快速下降。结论 齐多夫啶半乳糖神经酰胺脂质体制备方法可行 。
AIM To prepare azidothymidine liposomes containing galactosylceramide and to observe it's physico chemical properties. METHODS The liposomes was prepared by double emulsion and it's morphology, entrapment ratio and stability were observed. RESULTS The results of electron micrography showed that the liposomes was consisted of spherical or similar to spherical small unilamellar vesicles, the size was 60~270 nm and its D50 was 140 nm. The entrapment ratio were up to 72 5%, but it was rapidly descended after 10 d. CONCLUSIONS The preparation of azidothymidine liposomes is practicable. The entrapment ratio and stability shoud be raised.
