复方大黄合剂对小鼠胃肠蠕动的影响及相关机制 被引量:9

摘要 目的 评价复方大黄合剂 (compoundrhubarbmixture ,CRM )对小鼠胃肠蠕动的影响 ,并探讨其相关机制。方法 采用小肠炭推进实验观察复方大黄合剂对小鼠胃肠蠕动的影响 ;采用放射免疫分析法检测小鼠小肠组织胃动素 (Motilin ,MTL)、P物质 (substanceP ,SP)和生长抑素 (Somatostatin ,SS)的水平。结果 复方大黄合剂各剂量均能促进小鼠的胃肠蠕动功能 ,与正常对照组相比有显著差异 ;复方大黄合剂各剂量均能显著提高小鼠小肠组织胃动素、P物质的含量 ,而降低生长抑素的水平。结论 复方大黄合剂能增强小鼠的胃肠蠕动功能 ,其机制可能与促进肠道胃动素、P物质的释放 。 AIM To investigate the effect of Compound Rhubarb mixture on gastrointestinal peristalsis of mice and study relevant mechanism. METHODS The effect of Compound Rhubarb Mixture on gastrointestinal peristalsis of mice was observed by small intestine charcoal powder propelling test. The levels of motilin, subtance P and somatostain in small intestine of mice were determinated by radioimmunoassay. RESULTS Different dosage of Compound Rhubarb Mixture can improve gastrointestinal peristalasis of mice and increase the levels of motilin, subtance P, with reduce the content of somatostatin in small intestine of mice significantly. CONCLUSION Compound Rhubarb Mixture can enhance the function of gastrointestinal peristalsis of mice by a mechanism of promoting excretion of motilin, subtance P and lowering the level of somatostatin in intestine.
