摘要
目的 采用微生物法测定犬血浆中罗红霉素浓度。方法 以藤黄微球菌为检定菌 ,游标卡尺测量抑菌环直径 ,检测抑菌圈直径与血浆中罗红霉素浓度对数的线性关系。结果 在 0 1 6~ 1 0mg·L-1 浓度范围线性良好 ,最小检测浓度为 0 1 6mg·L-1 ,其日内及日间相对标准差分别小于 6 6 3%和 1 2 5 8% ,相对回收率大于 89 1 9%。结论 方法简便、快速、准确 。
AIM The concentration of roxithromycin in dog plasma were determined by bioassay. METHODS Plasma roxithromycin concentration was determined by using micrococcus luteus as test strain,the inhibition zone diameter were examined detected to roxithromycin with vernier caliper. RESULTS The method proved to be linear in the concentration range of 0 16~10 mg·L -1 and the lower limit of detection of roxithromycin in plasma was 0 16 mg·L -1 . The RSD was under 6 63%( n =5) and 12 58%( n =5) for inter assay and intra assay respectively,the relative recovery rate was superior 89 19%. CONCLUSION This method is simple,rapid and accurate,and can be used in the study of pharmacokinetics of animal and human.
