摘要
本文利用多功能电子能谱仪,对含Si不锈钢在浓硝酸中浸泡216h后的表面膜进行了研究,结果表明,这层膜主要是Si以SiO_2形式在表面层富集。在强氧化性介质中,含Si的Cr-Ni不锈钢中的Si已成为主要钝化元素,Cr则降至次要地位。
The surface film on Si-bearing stainless steels formed aftersoaking in concentrated
nitric acid for 216h was investigated by means of electron energy spectrum analysis. It can
be reached from this investigation that Si builds up in the surface film in the form of silica.
It plays as a main passivating element in Si-bearing stainless steels in strong oxidizing medium,
whereas Cr drops into the second place.
