摘要
用HPLC/DAD/MS2联用仪,鉴定了板蓝根注射液中含有的核苷类物质。色谱条件:LunaC18色谱柱(250mm×4 6mmi d ,5μm);甲醇 水梯度洗脱,流量0 8mL/min;柱温25℃。用二极管阵列检测器记录各个色谱峰的紫外吸收光谱,色谱检测波长254nm。质谱条件:电喷雾离子源(ESI);正离子检测;扫描范围m/z50~800。记录质量色谱图和各个色谱峰的一级、二级质谱图,并对质谱结果进行解析,通过与对照品比较,确定板蓝根注射液样品中含有腺苷、鸟苷、尿苷、胞苷及腺嘌呤等5种成分。
The determination of the ingredients of Banlangen (a Chinese traditional medicine) injection has been carried out by HPLC/DAD/MS2. The separation was performed on a Luna C18 column (250 mm×46 mm id, 5 μm) with gradient elution of watermethanol as mobile phase with a flow rate of 08 mL/min at 25 ℃. The detection wavelength was 254 nm and the UV spectra of peaks were obtained by a photodiode array detector (DAD). The electrospray ionization(ESI) source and positive scan mode were used to get mass chromatogram, MS and MS2 spectra. The Banlangen injection ingredients of adenine, guanosine, uridine, cytidine and adenosine were identified.
