摘要
通过对基础油、稠化剂和添加剂的考察,制备了TD机车牵引齿轮润滑脂,该润滑脂的P_D值达6067N,可在-30℃～120℃的温度范围内使用。行车试验表明:TD机车牵引齿轮润滑脂能满足机车牵引齿轮的润滑要求。
The traction gear grease TD for locomotive was manufactured through investigation of base oils, thickeners and additives. The PDvalue of grease was 6067N and it could be used in temperature range - 30℃~120℃ The trial run of locomotive indicated that the traction gear grease TD could meet the lubrication requirement of locomotive traction gear.
