马来酸酐对热塑性淀粉/聚乙烯相容性的影响 被引量:12

摘要 研究了在引发剂作用下 ,马来酸酐作为热塑性淀粉 (TPS) /聚乙烯共混体系的增容剂 ,采用淀粉的热塑化与提高聚乙烯的相容性在单螺杆挤出机里同时完成的工艺。实验结果表明 ,在引发剂作用下 ,马来酸酐的加入提高了共混物中淀粉颗粒在聚乙烯中的分散性及共混体系的力学性能以及热稳定性 。 In the presence of DCP,MAH was used as the compatibilizer for thermoplastic starch/PE blends.The plasticization of starch and the compatibilized modification together with PE was complished in the single-screw extruder at the same time.The experimental result proved the addition of MAH truly improved the dispersity of starch in PE and the mechanical properties and thermal stability of these blends.Rheological behavior analysis for the blends demonstrated that the blends were processable.
