摘要
研究了以粉状聚丙烯为原料、以羧甲基纤维素 (CMC)为稳定剂的旋转成型用水性浆液料在加热过程中的粘结和干燥行为。实验结果表明 ,随着加热温度的上升 ,浆液料的不流挂时间tA 和干燥时间tB 都下降。不流挂时间tA 控制着干燥时间tB 的长短。在旋转成型工艺的烘干粘结预制段 ,提高生产效率的关键是缩短流挂阶段的时间。
Behavior of the sticking and drying of the aqueous slurry of powder polypropylene (PP) using sodium carboxymethylcellulose (CMC) as a suspension stabilizer during heating process in rotational moulding was investigated. Experimental results show that the non-flowing time t A and the drying time t B of the slurry decrease with the rise of the heating temperature and that the variation of the non-flowing time t A controls that of the drying time t B . It has been concluded that it is very important to shorten the time of the flowing stage during the drying-sticking prefabricating process in the rotational moulding and that the promotion of the efficiency of the production can be achieved by using two-stage heating method significantly.
