摘要
采用熔融接枝方法研制增容剂EPDM g MAH ,系统研究了EPDM用量、PA6/PP配比、加工方式等对PA6/PP/EPDM g MAH共混体系的相态结构、力学性能的影响 ,同时研究了合金分散相颗粒平均粒径 (dd)、表面间距 (τd)与冲击强度之间的关系。结果表明 ,自制接枝物可有效地改善PA6/PP合金的相容性 ,且材料的冲击强度显著提高。同时 ,提出了合金冲击强度与分散相颗粒表面间距 (τd)关系的经验方程 ,计算出合金发生脆韧转变的临界表面间距τc 值为 0 .2 0 μm。
Compatibilizer EPDM-g-MAH was prepared using the grafting method at a molten state.The effect of compatibilizer amount,mass ratio of PA6/PP and processing technology on morphology and mechanical properties of the systems was systematically investigated.Relations between the average particle diameter,surface-to-surface interparticle distance of the disperse and impact strength were studied.It is shown that EPDM-g-MAH can appreciably improve the compatibility of PA6/PP blends,and the impact strength of the blend remarkably increased.Meanwhile,the empirical equation between the impact strength and surface-to-surface interparticle distance of the disperse phase was proposed, and the calculated brittle-tough transition value of the blend is 0.20 μm.
