摘要
研究了TiB_2/B_4C复合材料的显微组织和力学性能,发现含有20-30wt-%B_4C的TiB_2材料,强度和硬度均有显著地提高,而原有较高的K_(IC)值保持不变。TiB_2-30wt-%B_4C抗弯强度达到782MPa,维氏硬度达到26.2GPa,断裂韧性为7.2MPam^(1/2);而单相TiB_2材料的强度、硬度和断裂韧性分别为450MPa,21GPa和7.0MPam^(1/2)。本文还对强化及裂纹扩展机理进行了探讨。
The fracture strength and hardness of TiB_2 materials increase by addi-
