摘要
本文对武汉市某软件有限公司员工进行问卷调查,运用SPSS软件进行分析,探索了薪酬满意度对员工离职倾向的影响。结果表明:员工薪酬满意度的四个维度"薪资水平"、"福利"、"加薪"、"薪酬管理"与离职倾向呈显著负相关,并提出了相关建议。
Salary in the enterprise human resources management plays a very important role.We can understand enterprise employee's psychological status and trends by studying their salary satisfaction degree,and provide some basis for taking effective measures to management.The empirical way with questionnaire survey was used in this paper to survey the employees of a limited company in Wuhan,then the data was analyzed by SPSS17.0 to discuss its salary satisfaction degree,which aims to explore the influence of satisfaction of salary on outgoing tendency of employees.It turned out that the four dimensions of the salary satisfaction degree that is 'salary level of employees',' welfare','raise in salary','payment management' tend to a significant negative correlation with outgoing tendency,at last some advice to salary management in company was proposed.
