摘要
对芨芨草(Achnatherum splendens(Trin.)Nevski)体细胞染色体计数,并对其核型进行分析,结果表明:芨芨草的染色体数目为2n=48;核型公式为2n=2x=48=2M+20mm+26nsm;从核型类型来看为2B型。
The karyotye of Achnatherum splendens were studied by the method of chromosome analysis. The results were as follows: the number of chromosome of Achnatherum splendens is 2n = 2x = 48 = 2M + 20nm + 26nsm; From the point of the karotype, the material belongs to type of 2B.
