摘要
介绍了国内外C4 的应用现状。主要讨论了C4 综合利用技术 ,其中包括C4 加氢生产优质蒸汽裂解原料、汽油氧化剂、分离制高纯度 1-丁烯和高纯度正丁烯、三苯 (苯、甲苯和二甲苯 )抗氧剂BHT、车用液化气和某厂C4 馏分利用流程图。C4 的合理利用不仅可以有效利用石油资源 ,而且也是改善产品结构、提高产品质量。
The present situation of application of C 4 fraction both at home and abroad are introduced. The comprehensive utilization of C 4 fraction is discussed which includes production of steam cracking raw materials of high quality by hydrogenation of C 4; gas oil oxidizer and preparation of high quality 1-butylene and n -butylene and tribenzene, antioxidant BHT and vehicle used petroleum oil gas by separation method. Meantimes, a flow diagram of utilization of C 4 of a certain plant is attached. The reasonable utilization of C 4 is not only the effective use of petroleum resource but also the improvement of product structure, upgrading the product quality and increasing of enterprise benifits.
