氨配合法制备活性氧化锌的实验研究

Study on Preparation of Active Zinc Oxide by Ammonia Complex Method

以含氧化锌烟道灰为原料 ,氨水和碳酸氢铵为浸取剂 ,对氨配合法制备活性氧化锌浸取工艺条件进行研究。最佳工艺条件为 :反应温度 2 5℃ ,搅拌时间 1.5h ,pH值为 10 ,氨水 135mL ,碳酸氢铵 35g ,双氧水 6mL ,所得氧化锌浸取率 94 .8%。

The conditions of extraction process in the preparation of active zinc oxide by ammonia compex method with zinc oxide ash as raw material and ammonia liquor and ammonium bicarbonate as extractants is studied. The optimal condition is as follows: reaction temperature 25℃, stirring time 1.5h, pH value 10, ammonia liquor used 135mL, bicarbonate 35g, hydrogen peroxide 6mL.The extraction rate of zinc oxide is 94.8%.
