Network and services convergence are an target that people pursue in the telecommunication, computer network, broadcasting & television network industry in the long run. It is hoped that using one single network can perform communication of various networks. This convergence will depend on the set-up of integrated network platform. More and More advanced technique will be adopted in digital TV fields. The broadcasting & television operators should pay more attention to the updated technology-IPv6. This paper focuses on the IPv6 router, switching, master, intelligent terminal access system, mobile access system, and network security system.
