为了确保九江石化Ⅰ催主风机组安全运行 ,该厂采用横河CENTUMCS3 0 0 0集散控制系统对原系统YP -Ⅱ进行了改造。介绍了Ⅰ催主风机组的CENTUMCS3 0 0 0系统的结构特点、实际应用的配置、典型控制方案及其组态的实现。该系统投用近 2年以来运行平稳 ,不仅为操作人员和仪表维护人员带来极大便利 ,而且提高了自动化控制水平 ,有效地保障了生产装置的“安、稳、长、满、优”
Modification of the old and faulty YP-Ⅱ system with CENTUM CS3000 DCS ensures the safe running of axial-flow compressor in NO.1 catalytic cracking unit of Jiujiang Petro-chemical Works. In this article, the structure characteristics, application location, typical control scheme and configuration realization of CENTUM CS3000 DCS are introduced. The system has been running smoothly for 2 years. It not only brought great convenience to the operator and instrument maintenance man, but also improved the automatic control level, thus ensuring a safe, stable, long-time, full-load and optimized running of the production unit.
