摘要
针对振动隔离中基础的非刚性问题 ,采用四端参数和机械阻抗方法 ,分析推导了基础为非刚性时隔振系统的响应比 ;并以基础为质量 -弹簧 -阻尼器的并联系统为例 ,利用MATLAB的仿真功能 ,对系统的响应比曲线进行模拟仿真 ,来分析系统参数对隔振效果的影响 ;提出了控制系统振动的简洁、快速的参数设计方法。
Aiming at the non-rigidity problem of the base for vibration isolation system, four-pole parameter and machinery impedance were adopted to deduce the responsibility of flexible base vibration isolation system. A parallel connection of mass-spring-damper was taken as an example. By means of the simulation function of Matlab, the responsibility curve of this system was simulated and the influence of system parameters on vibration isolation effect was analyzed. A concise and fast parameter design method was offered for the vibration control of this system.
