How to make fatty liver model with hyperlipidmia in rats

目的 快速建立高脂性大鼠脂肪肝模型。方法 用高脂饲料喂养SD大鼠2周,处死后取肝脏,油红O、HE染色,观察大鼠肝脏脂肪变。结果 2周大鼠肝脏肝细胞内出现广泛、弥漫性脂滴。结论 高脂饮食2周即可快速建立大鼠脂肪肝模型,方法简便可靠。

Purpose To explore an effective way to develop fatty liver model with hyperlipidmia in rats. Methods The livers of SD rats were conducted oil red, HE staining method to observe the changes in the livers. Results The results showed that extensive and diffuse lipid droplets were found in the liver cells of those rats. Conclusion Diet with high fat for 2 weeks can make fatty liver model rapidly in rats, which is simple and reliable.
