制备复合钢管的卡盘夹持式SHS离心机设计

The Design of the Clip Hold Type SHS Centrifugal Machine with Fabrication Composite Piping

通过SHS离心法试验原理，对卡盘夹持式SHS离心机的结构设计思路、主要特点进行了介绍。实践证明，设计的卡盘夹持式SHS离心机成功制备的外径76mm、长度100mm的陶瓷内衬复合钢管，产品性能稳定。

Based on the principle of the centrifugal experiment, this paper introduced the clip hold type SHS centrifugal machine, and also analysed its structure design and major characteristics. The ceramic-lined composite piping with diameter 76mm length 100mm by abore-metioned method is very satisfactory.
