TiN是含Ti不锈钢中的主要夹杂,其数量和分布与浇注方法密切相关,它在钢水中具有一定的上浮能力,并在上浮过程中逐渐长大。钢中夹杂形成的顺序为氧化物、氮化物和硫化物。
TiN inclusions are the major inclusions in Ti-stabilized stainless steels.
The content and distribution of them closely depend on the casting process. TiN is a
kind of buoyant inclusions and can grow up gradually in molten steel during float-
ing up. The sequence of the formation of inclusions in the steel is: oxides, nitrides
and sulfides
