Optimizing channel organizing mode of the management information system for protective relaying and fault recorder

继电保护及故障录波信息管理系统是目前电网故障分析和保护信息处理的完整解决方案。简单介绍继电保护及故障录波信息管理系统的结构层次,指出现有继电保护信息传输系统的不足。通过分析继电保护及故障录波信息管理系统信息流向,提出继电保护信息传输系统优化思路。结合电力系统数据网络技术体制,提出基于三层结构的网络化的继电保护信息传输系统优化方案。

The management information system for protective relaying and fault recorder is an integrated resolving scheme of the power system fault analysis and protective relaying information supervision at present. Frame work of the management information system for protective relaying and fault recorder is introduced,and the disadvantages of the information transfer system currently are pointed out.Meanuhile,this paper analyses the direction of information flow,and proposes an optimized information transfer system for protective relaying.Combined with data network technology for power system, optimized scheme of management information transfer system with three-layer configuration for protective relaying and fault recorder based on data network is put forward.
