H355～560铸造机座中型新系列IP54电机外部和内部的通风冷却,按外风扇的最大线速度分类,分别用轴流式、后倾式和盆式风扇,吹拂带散热片的电机表面,或把内部热空气从转子轴向通风孔抽出,分三路或两路分别经机座的四个内热均衡通道、气隙和齿部轴向通风道流向转子轴向风道的另一端,组成循环。

Ventilation Between inner and outer of a new range of medium-sized motors with cast iron frame (frame sizes 355 to 560) is classified according to the max. linear velocity of external fan which can be made into axial-flow, backward, or basin type. The surface of motor frame with cooling ribs is cooled by blown cooling air divided into three or two circuits, or the hot air inside the motor is exhausted along the axial vent ducts via four ducts of equalizing temperature, gap, and axial ducts of teeth to another end of axial ducts of rotor.
