应用Visual Basio 6.0程序语言,编制冲裁件自动优化排样系统,代替人工从众多排样方法中选择最佳方法,计算出其作业量,以指导下料操作人员的生产作业,并确保原材料的利用率为最优。
An automatic stock layout system for puched parts is programmed by use of Visual Basic 6.0, manual stock layouts are replaced. It is the best method which can calculates the production quantity to guide the blanking operator and ensure the best utilization ratio of raw material.
