摘要
文章在分析卷染机电气传动工作原理的基础上,针对传统控制系统存在的不足,建立了适用于交流变频调速的速度控制模型,提出了自适应速度控制策略。进而给出基于卷径参数估计值的自适应速度控制系统的构成,并讨论了实时应用中系统的动静态性能与控制方法。
The working pricinple of the electrical driving control system of the dyeing machine with two winding rolls is analyzed in detail in this paper. To remedy the shotcomings in the traditional control system of a dyeing machine, the speed control models used to AC inverters are set up and the adaptive speed control schemes specially for unwinding and rewinding are presented. Forthermore, the new adaptive speed control system is constructed based on the rewinding or unwinding diameter's parameter. Also the new system's dynamic and static characters in actual application are discussed, and the control strategies are realized to improve the dynamic characters.
