丹参等药物治疗盆腔静脉淤血综合征24例评价

Treatment of pelvic venous syndrome with salvia miltiorrhiza:evaluation of 24 cases

目的 探讨盆腔静脉淤血综合征 (PVS)的药物治疗效果。方法 1994～ 1998年我科应用丹参注射液、消炎痛栓、甲基睾丸素三药联合系统治疗 2 4例输卵管结扎术后PVS患者 ,治疗前后均行经宫肌盆腔静脉造影术。结果 上述三种药物联合应用对PVS有较好的疗效 ,本组治疗前盆腔静脉造影造影剂廓清时间为(96 0 0± 3 4 60 )s ,治疗后为 (2 5 71± 9 76)s ,两者相比差异有显著性意义 (P <0 0 5)。结论 丹参注射液、消炎痛栓、甲基睾丸素联合应用对PVS有较好的疗效 。

ObjectiveTo investigate the effects of medical therapy for pelvic venous syndrome (PVS).MethodsTwenty-four patients with PVS after sterilization were treated with three medici nes(salvia miltiorrhiza,indomethacin and methyl testosterone) from 199 4 to 1998.Transuterine pelvic venography was performed both before and after the treatment. ResultsThe combined treatment of the three medicines had good effects-these patients' pelvic venous contrast medi um clearance time after the treatment was significantly shorter than that of bef ore the treatment (25 71±9 76s vs 96 00±34 60s,P<0 05). ConclusionCombined use of salvia miltiorrhiza,indomethacin and methyl testosterone is effe ctive for PVS,which might be the primary choice for PVS patients.
