摘要 目的 为满足职工健康需求,提高职工健康知识水平和健康素质,开展了创建健康促进场所的工作。方法 按照世界卫生组织《渥太华宪章》的要求,制定了商场健康促进政策,建立健康促进网络,对物质和人文环境进行改造,增加健康教育的投入,开展高血压预防、吸烟危害健康等知识的培训,对吸烟、不参加体育锻炼等行为进行干预。结果 吸烟、不参加体育锻炼等行为得到遏制。结论 初步形成了健康促进的氛围,职工的健康知识水平有了明显提高,健康素质得到了初步的提高。 PURPOSE For meeting the health requirements of workers, and increasing workers' knowledge related to health and improving the quality of life, we launched activity on creating health promotion workplace. Method BASEDS on the theory of 'Ottawa Chart of Health Promotion', the health promotion policies were formulated by the food certer, a systematic network of health promotion was set up. And the social and physical environment was reformed. The health inputs were increased as well. The training course on prevention of the hypertension and smoking being harmful for people's health were held. We made intervertion to smoking and not doing physical exercise. RESULTS The unhealthy behaviors, such as smoking and not doing physical, exercises, have been controlled. CONCLUSION The environments of health promotion have been formed. The healthy knowledge of the workers in the center has been increased obviously and the quality of life has been improved as well.
