摘要
目的 调查麻风病患者伴发的常见慢性病,评估其主要健康问题及其危险因素。方法 由专业防治人员和乡村医生登门对整群抽样的399例麻风病患者进行常规体检,有常见慢性病症状者到本地卫生院进行进一步详细检查确诊,采用社会医学统计软件包进行Logistic回归分析。结果 麻风病患者伴发的慢性病以消化、心血管、呼吸、血液系统慢性病多见,与麻风病型别、年龄、经济状况关系较为密切,且各系统慢性病年龄分布、危险因素各有其特点。结论 应加强对麻风病病人的健康教育,开展社会经济康复,全面提高麻风病病人的健康素质。
OBJECTIVE To explore the common chronic diseases among leprosy patients and to evaluate its main health problems and risk factors. METHODS 399 leprosy patients, which were chosen with cluster sampling method, were examined by leprosy control workers and town and village doctors. The data was calculated with logistic regression in social medicine statistical software bag. RESULTS The chronic diseases of digestive, heart and blood vessel, respiratory, as well as blood system frequently occurred among leprosy patients, the risk factors include leprosy type, age, economic status, the age dostribution of every system disease has its characteristics. CONCLUSION Health education and social-economic rehabilitation should be developed to heighten the health status of leprosy patients.
