摘要
铝质易拉罐在饮料包装容器中占有很大比重。在易拉罐生产中最大限度地减少板料厚度 ,减轻单罐克重 ,提高材料利用率 ,降低生产成本 ,是制罐业追求的目标。本文对铝质易拉罐轻量化的概念以及轻量化的意义进行了论述 ,对国内外轻量化技术的应用现状进行了分析 ,并从技术层面对易拉罐轻量化实施过程中的若干关键性问题进行了探讨。
Aluminium easy-open can has occuppied the large proportion in the drink packaging containers. It is a very important aim of decreasing the thickness of sheep,lightening the weight per can, increasing the using-rate and lowering the production cost of the can-manufacturing enterprises. The concept and importance of light-weighting for aluminium easy-open are described. The application situation of lightweight technology is analyzed, and some key issues in the process of light-weightening are researched in this paper.
