摘要
目的总结盆腔炎的治疗方法 ,为临床提供参考。方法回顾性分析2011年2月～2012年2月到本院妇科就诊并经过临床检查及实验室检查确诊为盆腔炎的110例患者,对治疗效果进行总结、探讨。结果经过2周的治疗,有效治愈92例,治愈率约为83.6%;治疗后显效的患者有15例,显效率为13.6%;好转患者3例,占2.7%。结论掌握充足的知识,合理使用抗生素,联合中药认真诊治该类患者,对提高盆腔炎的治愈率,减少复发率,增强女性身体健康十分重要。
Objective To summarize the treatment of pelvic infection, and provide the reference for clinical treatment.Methods To review the retrospective analysis from February 2011 to February 2011 the 110 patients came to our hospital which were confirmed the pelvic inflammatory disease, to summarize and explore the treatment effect.Results After two weeks of treatment. 92 cases were cured, the cure rate was 83.6%; 15 cases were markedly improved after treatment, the cure rate was 13.6% 3 cases were improved, the cure rate was 2.7%.Conclusion To grasp the adequate knowledge, to use the antibiotics reasonable, to combine the traditional Chinese medicine that the patients were carefully treated, to improve the cure rate of pelvic infection, reduce the recurrence rate, it is important by strengthen the female body health.
