摘要
目的探讨和分析急性间质性肺炎的临床表现及影像学特征。方法回顾性分析本院收治的10例急性间质性肺炎患者经过胸部CT、X线胸片及血气分析、尸检等检查的结果。结果患者的发病原因不明确,没有出现明显的肺炎疾病情况,并且发病急;对患者进行胸部X线片和CT检查,主要呈现为弥漫性间质病变和斑片浸润阴影,短期内会迅速发展。结论熟悉和掌握急性间质性肺炎患者的临床特征和影像学特征能够有效地提高诊断率和治愈率。
Objective To explore the characteristics and analyze clinical manifestation and image of acute interstitial pneumonia.Methods A retrospective analysis of our hospital 10 cases of acute interstitial pneumonia in patients after CT, chest X-rays and blood gas analysis, summarize the autopsy examination.Results The causes of patients was not clear, did not appear obvious pneumonia disease, andacute onset; chest X-ray and CT examination of the patients, mainly showeddiffuse interstitial lesions and patchy infiltrates the shadow, will develop rapidly in the short term.Conclusion Familiar with and master the clinical features andimaging of acute interstitial pneumonia patient characteristics can effectively improve the diagnosis rate and cure rate.
