胸部手术切口感染分析

Analysis of incision infection afer chest operation

目的分析胸部手术切口感染现状,探讨相应的预防措施。方法 520例胸部手术患者病例进行研究分析,包括术后切口愈合情况、患者体征及细菌培养的结果。结果术后发生切口感染42例,总发生率8.1%,不同年份感染率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论规范各项手术操作规程,严格无菌操作技术,缩短手术时间,规范应用抗生素等,可最大限度减少术后切口感染的发生。

Objective To investigate the current situation of incision infection after chest operations and to explore corresponding prevention measures.Methods 520 chest surgery cases were investigated, and the sitation of incision healing , patients' physical sign and results of germiculture were included. Results Occurrence of postoperative wound infection in 42 case, the total incidence rate of 8.1%, the infection rate in different years, there was no significant difference.Conclusion From the study above, the followings can be the essential ways to prevent the incision infection after operations: specific operation procedures , strict rules of the aseptic operation. Shorten the operation time, the standard use of antibiotics, etc which can prevent the occurrence of postoperative incision infection.
