摘要
目的主要探讨健心颗粒对腹主动脉缩窄心衰大鼠慢性心力衰竭(CHF)时心肌内肾素-血管紧张素(RAS)系统的影响。方法测定腹主动脉缩窄心衰大鼠血浆醛固酮(ALD)及心肌内血管紧张素Ⅱ(AngⅡ),测定心重指数(HWI)和左室质量指数(LVWI),苦味酸(HE)染色观察心肌细胞。结果健心颗粒能显著降低各剂量组的ALD、AngⅡ水平,降低HWI和LVWI。结论健心颗粒作用于心肌RAS系统,进而抑制心肌肥大,抑制心室重构。
Objective To investigate the mechanism of the Jianxin Granule in chromic heart failure by partial coarctation of abdominal aorta in rats. Methods Neuroendocrine indicators(ALD、Ang Ⅱ), HWI and LVMI were measured. Myocardial cell were obsereved by HE. Results Jianxin Granule reduced the level of ALD and Ang Ⅱ significantly and the level of HWI and LVMI. Conclusion Jianxin Granule improved cardiac renin-angiotensin system of rats to prevent ventricular remodeling.
