摘要
目的研究分析在脑卒中肩痛患者中采用经皮神经电刺激结合肩关节松动的临床价值。方法将2017年3月—2018年3月在本院治疗的脑卒中肩痛患者60例设为研究对象,经电脑随机法分组为观察组(30例)以及对照组(30例)。在对照组患者中开展常规康复以及经皮神经电刺激治疗的方式,在观察组患者中开展常规康复、经皮神经电刺激以及肩关节松动联合的治疗方式。分析两组患者治疗效果。结果治疗后观察组VAS分数低于对照组(P <0.05),观察组Fugl-Meyer分数高于对照组(P <0.05),观察组MBI分数高于对照组(P <0.05)。结论临床上针对脑卒中上肢痉挛型肩痛患者在实施常规康复治疗的基础上开展经皮神经电刺激结合肩关节松动联合治疗的方式效果显著,有利于缓解疼痛,改善上肢活动能力和日常生活能力,具有较高的临床价值。
Objective To investigate and analyze the clinical value of percutaneous nerve electrical stimulation combined with shoulder joint loosening in stroke patients with shoulder pain.Methods 60 cases of stroke shoulder pain patients treated in our hospital from March 2017 to March 2018 were selected as the research objects,and randomly divided into the observation group(30 cases)and the control group(30 cases)by computer random method.In the control group,conventional rehabilitation and percutaneous nerve electrical stimulation were carried out;In the observation group,conventional rehabilitation,percutaneous nerve electrical stimulation and shoulder joint loosening were combined.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were analyzed.Results After treatment,the VAS score of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05),Fugl-Meyer score of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05),and MBI score of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The combined treatment of percutaneous nerve electrical stimulation combined with shoulder joint loosening on the basis of conventional rehabilitation for stroke patients with spasmodic shoulder pain has significant clinical effect,which is conducive to relieving pain,improving the ability of upper limb movement and daily life,and has high clinical value.
