酮替芬和孟鲁司特治疗支气管哮喘的疗效比较

Comparison of the Efficacy of Ketotifen and Montelukast in the Treatment of Bronchial Asthma

目的对比支气管哮喘应用酮替芬与孟鲁司特治疗的疗效。方法选择我院呼吸内科2016年8月—2018年6月收治的支气管哮喘患者80例作为研究对象,以随机数表法分为观察组与对照组,每组40例,对照组用孟鲁司特治疗,观察组用酮替芬治疗,比较两组效果。结果观察组总有效率明显高于对照组(P <0.05);两组治疗前哮喘症状积分、PEF与FEV_1比较差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05),治疗后观察组均优于对照组(P <0.05);两组不良反应比较差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05)。结论酮替芬治疗支气管哮喘,相比孟鲁司特可取得更好的效果,值得应用。

Objective To compare the efficacy of ketotifen and montelukast in the treatment of bronchial asthma.Methods 80 patients with bronchial asthma admitted to respiratory medicine department in our hospital from August 2016 to June 2018 were enrolled in the study.They were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with montelukast.The observation group was treated with ketotifen.The effects of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the scores of asthma symptoms,PEF and FEV1 before treatment(P>0.05).The observation group was better than the control group after treatment(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Ketotifen treatment of bronchial asthma can achieve better results than montelukast,which is worthy of clinical application.
