药学服务与抗菌药物专项整治对ICU患者抗菌药物安全使用的影响

Effect of Pharmacological Services and Special Rectification of Antibacterial Drugs on the Safe Use of Antibacterial Drugs in Patients With ICU

目的观察ICU患者的抗菌药物安全使用现状的情况,根据分析结果提出相应的用药建议。方法对我院ICU患者2011—2013年应用抗菌药物的用药金额、用药总量、用药频度(DDDs)、日均费用(DDDc)情况进行调查与分析。结果开展药学服务与抗菌药物专项整治后,我院ICU患者抗菌药物的用药金额、用药总量、用药频度(DDDs)、日均费用(DDDc)逐年降低。结论药学服务与抗菌药物专项整治能够防止ICU滥用抗菌药物,提高抗菌药物的安全使用水平。

Objective To observe the current situation of the safe use of antibiotics in patients with ICU,and to propose corresponding medication recommendations based on the results of the analysis.Methods The investigation and analysis of the amount of antibiotics used,the total amount of medication,the defined daily dose(DDDs)and defined daily cost(DDDc)of ICU patients in our hospital from 2011 to 2013 were investigated.Results After the special rectification of pharmacy services and antibacterial drugs,the amount of antibiotics,the total amount of drugs,defined daily dose(DDDs),and the defined daily cost(DDDc)of ICU patients in our hospital decreased year by year.Conclusion The special rectification of pharmaceutical services and antibacterial drugs can prevent the abuse of antibacterial drugs by ICU,improve the safe use level of antibacterial drugs,and is suitable for popularization and application.
