中药热奄包对慢性阻塞性肺疾病的肺康复作用

目的分析在慢性阻塞性肺疾病肺康复中药热奄包的作用。方法本次60例研究对象是2016年11月—2018年11月在我院进行治疗的慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者,通过入院病历号分为观察组(n=30)和对照组(n=30),肺康复治疗中对照组实施常规方法,观察组再加用中药热奄包,对比两组临床效果、肺功能指标恢复情况。结果观察组患者临床总有效率高达93.33%,而对照组仅为73.33%,组间差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05);治疗后观察组患者1秒用力呼气容积(FEV1)、占肺活量比值(FEV1/FVC)均高于对照组,两组对比差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论在慢性阻塞性肺疾病肺康复治疗中应用中药热奄包,能提升肺功能、改善临床病症,促进患者尽快康复,值得在临床中普及应用。

Objective To analyze the effect of Chinese herbal medicine hot pack on pulmonary rehabilitation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD).Methods 60 patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease who were treated in our hospital from November 2016 to November 2018 were divided into observation group(n=30)and control group(n=30).The control group was treated with routine methods in pulmonary rehabilitation treatment.The observation group was treated with Chinese herbal medicine hot pack,and the clinical effect and recovery of pulmonary function indexes were compared between the two groups.Results The total clinical effective rate of the observation group was 93.33%,while that of the control group was 73.33%.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the forced expiratory volume(FEV1)and the ratio of FEV1/FVC in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and there was statistical significance between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of Chinese herbal medicine hot pack in pulmonary rehabilitation treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease can improve pulmonary function,improve clinical symptoms,and promote the recovery of patients as soon as possible.
