血液检验对缺铁性贫血的诊断与鉴别价值分析

Diagnosis and Differential Value Analysis of Blood Test in Iron Deficiency Anemia

目的分析血液检验对缺铁性贫血的诊断与鉴别价值。方法选取60例铁性贫血患者作为研究对象,将其设置为研究组。选取60例地中海贫血患者作为参照对象,将其设置为参照组。所有受检者均采集清晨空腹静脉血作为检验标本,均采用相同处理方式和检验方式。观察两组血常规指标。结果研究组患者血液指标中RDW高于参照组;而RBC、MCV、Hb、MCH均低于参照组(P <0.05)。结论缺铁性贫血患者血常规指标指标与参照组具有差异,有助于临床诊断与鉴别。

Objective To analyze the diagnostic and differential value of blood test in iron deficiency anemia.Methods 60 patients with iron deficiency anemia were selected as the research object and set up as the research group.60 patients with thalassemia were selected as the reference group.All the subjects collected fasting venous blood in the morning as test specimens,using the same treatment and test methods.The blood routine indexes of the two groups were observed.Results RDW was significantly higher in the study group than in the control group,while RBC,MCV,Hb and MCH were significantly lower in the study group than in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion There are significant differences between the blood routine indexes of iron deficiency anemia and the reference group,which is helpful for clinical diagnosis and differentiation.
