优质护理在股骨颈骨折护理中的应用

Application of Quality Nursing in the Nursing of Femoral Neck Fracture

目的观察优质护理应用于股骨颈骨折患者护理的干预效果。方法选取2016年6月—2018年12月我院骨科收治的98例股骨颈骨折患者进行对比研究,将全部患者平均分为试验组(n=49)和参照组(n=49)。前者接受临床优质护理服务干预,后者接受常规护理服务干预。对比两组患者的护理满意度、髋关节功能等级以及术后并发症发生率。结果试验组患者的髋关节功能等级明显高于参照组(P <0.05);试验组患者的满意度明显高于参照组(P <0.05);试验组患者的并发症发生率明显低于参照组(P <0.05)。结论本次研究结果表明,对股骨颈骨折患者采用优质护理干预可以使患者的髋关节功能更快恢复,有效的避免患者在术后出现并发症,从而大幅提升患者对护理的满意度。

Objective To observe the effect of high quality nursing on the nursing intervention of patients with femoral neck fracture.Methods From June 2016 to December 2018,98 patients with femoral neck fractures underwent a comparative study in our department of orthopedics.All patients were divided into the experimental group(n=49)and the reference group(n=49).The former was given clinical quality care interventions and the latter was given intervened by routine care services.The nursing satisfaction,hip function level and postoperative complication rate were compared between the two groups.Results The hip function level of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the reference group(P<0.05).The satisfaction of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the reference group(P<0.05).The complication rate of experimental group was significantly lower than that of the reference group(P<0.05).Conclusion The results of this study show that the use of high-quality nursing intervention for patients with femoral neck fracture can make the hip function of the patient recover faster,effectively avoiding complications after surgery,thus greatly improving the patient’s satisfaction with nursing.
