白血病终末期患者实施安宁疗护的分析

Analysis of Hospice Care in Terminally-ill Patients of Leukemia

目的通过调查白血病终末期患者的需求,讨论实施安宁疗护的必要性,以患者的需求指导安宁疗护的实施。方法对2016年5—12月在本科室住院的70例白血病终末期患者采用问卷调查的形式,收集整理资料,得出结论。结果 87.14%的患者希望有亲人陪伴,52.86%的患者希望减轻不适症状,达到舒适的状态,50.00%的患者希望入住单人间病房与家属共处,在具体照护方面,按位次排序依次为饮食指导、减轻痛苦、沟通交流、皮肤护理。结论对白血病终末期患者实施安宁疗护是有必要的,患者的需求正是安宁疗护强调的重要部分,实施安宁疗护可以提高患者在临终阶段的生存质量,使患者安宁死亡。

Objective To investigate the demands of hospice care for the terminally-ill patients of leukemia and promote the applying during the clinical job.Methods Through the questionnaire survey of 70 patients hospitalized in the department from May to December 2016,the data were collected and the conclusions were drawn.Results 87.14%of the patients hoped to be accompanied by their relatives,52.86%of the patients hoped to alleviate discomfort symptoms and achieved a comfortable status,and50.00%of the patients wanted to stay in a single inpatient ward with their families.The ranked order of the specific care was dietary guidance,pain relief,communication and skin care.Conclusion It is necessary to carry out hospice care for the terminally-ill patients of leukemia.The needs of the patients are the important part that the hospice nursing emphasis on.Hospice care can improve the quality of life of the terminally-ill patients and make them;die peacefully.
