持续质量改进在护理管理工作中的应用探讨

Application of Continuous Quality Improvement in Nursing Management

目的分析持续质量改进在护理管理工作中的应用效果。方法选取2017年1—12月在我院接受治疗的130例患者作为对照组;另外选取2018年1—12月在我院接受治疗的130例患者作为研究组。对照组开展常规护理管理,研究组在护理管理工作中开展持续治疗改进,对比两组治疗时期护理质量和不良事件发生情况。结果研究组患者治疗期间护理质量各项评分均高于对照组;研究组治疗期间不良事件发生率低于对照组,组间对比差异有统计学意义,P <0.05。结论临床护理管理工作过程开展持续质量改进,能促进护理质量、安全性不断提高,从而更加适应患者和临床越来越高的需求。

Objective To analyze the effect of continuous quality improvement in nursing management.Methods 130 patients treated in our hospital from January to December 2017 were selected as control group,and 130 patients treated in our hospital from January to December 2018 were selected as study group.The control group carried out routine nursing management,the study group carried out continuous treatment improvement in nursing management,and the quality of nursing and the occurrence of adverse events were compared between the two groups.Results The scores of nursing quality in the study group were higher than those in the control group,and the nursing quality in the study group was higher than that in the control group.The incidence of adverse events was lower than that of control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Continuous quality improvement in the process of clinical nursing management can promote the quality of nursing and improve the safety,which is more suitable for patients and clinical needs.
