快速康复护理在腹腔镜卵巢囊肿剥除术中的应用

Application of Rapid Rehabilitation Nursing in Laparoscopic Ovarian Cystectomy

目的探究对腹腔镜卵巢囊肿剥除术患者采用快速康复外科护理的效果。方法选取我院2016年1月—2018年11月收治的需要在腹腔镜下进行卵巢囊肿剥除术患者68例,随机分为对照组和观察组,均34例患者,分别行常规护理、快速康复护理,比较并发症发生率、术后排气时间、住院时间以及住院费用。结果观察组患者并发症发生率8.8%,小于对照组的29.4%,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);术后排气时间、住院时间短于对照组,且住院费用少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论在腹腔镜下进行卵巢囊肿剥除术患者,予快速康复护理,可降低并发症发生率,加快康复速度,效果显著。

Objective To explore the effect of rapid rehabilitation surgical nursing for patients undergoing laparoscopic ovarian cystectomy.Methods 68 patients who needed laparoscopic ovarian cystectomy from January 2016 to November 2018 were randomly divided into control group and observation group.34 patients in each group,they were given routine nursing and rapid rehabilitation nursing respectively.The incidence of complications,postoperative exhaust time,hospitalization time and hospitalization costs were compared.Results The incidence of complications in the observation group was8.8%less than 29.4%in the control group,the difference was significant(P<0.05);The time of exhaust and hospitalization after operation was shorter than that in the control group,and the hospitalization cost was less than that in the control group,the difference was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Rapid rehabilitation nursing for patients undergoing laparoscopic ovarian cyst exfoliation can reduce the incidence of complications and speed up the recovery,with remarkable effect.
