摘要
目的探讨内镜治疗胃溃疡出血采取时间护理对住院时间、负性情绪、再出血率的影响。方法选取我院2017年4月—2018年1月收治的内镜治疗胃溃疡出血的患者84例,随机分组,对照组42例实施常规护理,观察组42例实行时间护理,对比两组预后。结果观察组住院天数短于对照组,心理状况评分及再出血率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论内镜治疗胃溃疡出血患者采用时间护理,可缩短住院时间,改善心理状况,降低再出血率。
Objective To investigate the effect of time nursing on endoscopic treatment of gastric ulcer on the length of hospital stay,negative emotion and rebleeding rate.Methods 84 patients with endoscopic treatment of gastric ulcer bleeding from April 2017 to January 2018 were enrolled in our hospital.Randomized grouping,42 patients in the control group underwent routine nursing,and 42 patients in the observation group underwent time nursing.The prognosis of the two groups was compared.Results The number of hospital stays in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group.The psychological status score and rebleeding rate were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Time nursing for patients with gastric ulcer bleeding endoscopy can shorten hospital stay,improve psychological status and reduce rebleeding rate.
