摘要
目的探讨个体化产前健康教育对分娩方式的影响。方法选择2014年2月—2015年2月期间于该院进行产前检查的240例初产妇作为研究对象,根据随机数字表将其平均分为研究组与对照组,每组各120例。对照组采取传统健康教育,研究组采取个体化产前健康教育。结果研究组产妇产科健康知识问卷的平均分值为(90.5±5.6)分,显著高于对照组的(75.5±6.6)分(P<0.05);研究组产妇剖宫产的发生率为15.00%,显著低于对照组的33.33%(P<0.05)。研究组因社会因素行剖宫产的概率显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论个体化健康教育不仅可以强化孕妇对产科健康知识的掌握程度,同时也降低了剖宫产概率。
Objective To investigate the effects of prenatal health education on individual mode of delivery. Methods February 2014- February 2015 period prenatal care in our hospital 240 cases of early maternal as research subjects, according to the random number table were divided into study group and control group, 120 cases in each group. Take the traditional health education control group, the study group taking individual prenatal health education. Results The study group obstetrics and gynecology health knowledge questionnaire produced an average score of(90.5±5.6) points, significantly higher than the(75.5±6.6) min(P<0.05); the study group’s cesarean section rate was 15.00%, significantly lower than the33.33% in the control group(P<0.05). Study Group because the probability of social factors cesarean section was significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion The individual health education for pregnant women can not only strengthen the mastery of obstetric health knowledge, but also reduces the probability of cesarean section.
