河南省基层医疗机构常用中药验方使用现状分析

Analysis on the Current Situation of the Traditional Chinese Medicine Prescriptions of Basic Medical Institutions in Henan Province

目的调查分析基层医疗机构常用中药验方的使用现状,为合理配置医疗卫生资源、提高中医药在基层使用率和服务水平、充分发挥中医药在基层卫生工作中的优势和作用提供理论依据。方法采用药物流行病学整群调查的研究方法,统一填报调查表收集相关信息,搜集河南省基层常用中药方剂,对其进行分类,并分析中药验方的使用频度以及开方人员的结构。结果收集到的中药验方相对分散,483个中药验方中有76个开具频度在3次以上,约占总频度的57%,约占中药验方数量的16%;排名前十的中药验方分别为补阳还五汤、小柴胡汤、逍遥散、麻杏石甘汤、天麻钩藤饮、血府逐瘀汤、归脾汤、柴胡疏肝散、六味地黄丸、银翘散、龙胆泻肝汤;中药验方开方人员职称结构相对较低。结论基层医疗机构中药验方使用相对分散,但中药验方的使用能力存在局限性,需进一步提高基层医疗机构使用中药验方的能力。

Objective To investigation and analysis of the current situation of the use of traditional Chinese medicine prescriptions for primary medical institutions, to provide theoretical basis for the rational allocation of health resources, improve the use of traditional Chinese medicine in the basic level and service level,give full play to the advantages of traditional Chinese medicine health work at the grassroots level and provide theoretical basis. Methods Using the research methods of pharmacoepidemiology study, uniform reporting questionnaire collected information, collection of Henan Province basic commonly used traditional Chinese medicine, carries on the classification, and analysis of traditional Chinese medicine inspection the use frequency and root structure.Results Collected Chinese medicinal prescription is relatively dispersed, 483 Chinese medicine inspection party has 76 issued frequency more than 3 times, accounting for about 57% of the total frequency, accounted for about Chinese medicine proved 16% of the number of; ranked the top ten Chinese medicinal prescription respectively Yang also five soup, Xiaochaihu Decoction, Xiaoyao Powder, Maxing Shigan decoction, days Ma To decoction, Xuefu by stasis soup, Guipi Decoction, Chaihushugansan, Liuwei Dihuang pill, Yinqiao, Longdan Xiegan Decoction; traditional Chinese medicine inspection square root professional title structure is relatively low.Conclusion The use ofChinese herbal medi cine in basic medical institutions is relatively scattered, but the use of traditional Chinese medicine is limited, and it is necessary to further improve the ability of basic medical institutions to use Chinese medicine.
