基层医院药房风险管理的探索与分析

Exploration and Analysis of the Risk Management in the Primary Hospital Pharmacy

目的积极控制基层医院药房的药品管理情况,探索药房风险管理在医院中的运用情况。方法选择2014年6月—2015年5月基层医院10所,并对基层医院药房的药品进行管理风险评价,评估风险指标。结果药房药品保护方式风险管理程度得分最高;其次为药房药品有效期管理、药房工作人员、药品质量不合格处置方式风险管理程度得分相对较高;药房药品保护时间、药房药品保存记录情况的风险管理程度得分最低。结论建立安全有效药房风险管理制度,使用相应的测量方式以及用具,可明显增加基层医院药房药品安全指标,控制其质量风险在一定范围内。

Objective To actively control the drug management of the primary hospital pharmacy, and explore the use of pharmacy risk management in hospital. Methods The choice of June 2014 to May 2015 in our city was named secondary level hospitals of county level hospitals in 10, and the primary hospital pharmacy medicines management risk assessment,assessment risk index. Results The degree of risk management was the highest, followed by the effective management of pharmacy, pharmacy staff, the quality of medicine, the risk management of the non qualified management, the risk management of pharmacy and pharmacy, and the risk management of the drug storage time, the lowest score of the risk management. Conclusion The establishment of a safe and effective drug risk management system, using the appropriate measurement methods and appliances, can significantly increase the level of hospital pharmacy drug safety indicators, control the quality of the risk in a certain range.
