摘要
目的分析人性化管理模式在护理管理中的运用。方法选取2012年10月—2015年3月该院收治的160例住院患者以及40名护理人员作为研究对象,所有受试者均采用人性化管理模式,比较护理前后患者对临床护理工作的满意度以及护理人员的工作满意度。结果与护理前相比,患者的护理满意度得到明显提升,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);实施管理后,护理人员的工作满意度明显高于管理之前,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在护理管理中的运用人性化管理模式,可显著提高患者对临床护理工作的满意度,增强护理人员的工作热情和积极性,具有积极的临床使用和推广价值。
Objective To analyze the humane management model in nursing management application. Methods October2012 to March 2015 in our hospital 160 cases of hospitalized patients and 40 nurses as research subjects, all subjects were using humane management, patient satisfaction with care before and after clinical nursing work the degree of job satisfaction as well as nurses. Results Compared with previous treatments, patient care satisfaction has improved significantly, statistically significant differences were significant(P<0.05); after the implementation of management, nursing job satisfaction was significantly higher than the previous administration, the difference was significant, with statistically significant(P <0.05).Conclusion Nursing Management of humane management, can significantly improve patient satisfaction with clinical care,enhance nurses work ethic and enthusiasm, with a positive clinical use and promotion of value.
