摘要
目的探讨综合性激励机制在护理管理中的应用价值。方法在2014年1月—2014年12月期间,采用综合性激励的方式激发该院护理人员的工作积极性和创造力,与2013年1月—2013年12月期间激励前相对比,比较医生满意度,技术操作合格率,差错发生率,理论考核合格率及患者满意度。结果对该院护理人员采用综合性激励机制后,医生满意度为96%,技术操作合格率为95%,理论考核合格率92%,差错发生率为1%,患者满意度为98%均优于综合激励前,前后比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论综合性激励机制应用到护理管理中,能够有效调动护理人员的工作积极性,充分发挥其创造力,促使医护人员高效率,高水准完成各项工作,值得在未来的护理管理中继续摸索和应用。
Objective To investigate the value of a comprehensive incentive mechanism in nursing management. Methods Our hospital in January 2014 to December 2014 period, by way of a comprehensive incentive hospital nurses excite enthusiasm and creativity, compared with a year ago from January 2013 to December 2013 during the incentive comparison physician satisfaction, technical operations pass rate, error rate, the theoretical examination pass rate and patient satisfaction.Results The hospital nurses adopted after a comprehensive incentive mechanism, the doctor satisfaction was 96%, technical operations pass rate of 95%, the theoretical examination pass rate of 92%, the error rate was 1%, 98% patient satisfaction were comprehensive incentive than before, before and after difference was statistically significant(P <0.05). Conclusion Comprehensive incentives apply to nursing management, can effectively mobilize the enthusiasm of nurses work, give full play to their creativity, to promote health care high efficiency, high level to complete the work, it is worth continuing to explore and nursing management in the future applications.
