2010—2014年医院感染病例调查分析

目的通过调查5年来该院医院感染的基本情况,为预防和控制医院感染提供有力依据。方法采用出院病例回顾性调查的方法,对该院2010年1月—2014年12月5年间收治的4815例患者进行统计分析。结果 5年来,该院感染病例数155例,感染率分别为4.81%,4.45%,3.02%,2.02%,2.35%。感染部位以呼吸道为主。危险因素以职业病、慢性病为主。结论要加强全院医务人员院感知识培训和考核,严格落实各项医院感染规章制度,提高院感的上报率和报告及时率,预防和控制院感的发生。

Objective Through the investigation of the basic situation of hospital infection in our hospital in 5 years, we can provide a strong basis for the prevention and control of hospital. Methods 4815 cases of patients treated in our hospital from January 2014 to December 2010 in our hospital were analyzed retrospectively. Results For 5 years, the number of infected patients in our hospital was 155, the infection rate was 4.81%,4.45%, 3.02%, 2.02%, 2.35%. Respiratory tract was the main infection site. Risk factors for occupational diseases, chronic diseases. Conclusion To strengthen the hospital medical staff hospital infection knowledge training and assessment,strictly implement the courtyard each rules and regulations,improve the hospital infection reporting reporting rate and timely rate, the prevention and control of hospital infection.
