120急救车空驶的现状分析及处理对策

The Present Situation of the 120 Ambulance Empty Analysis and Treatment Measures

目的分析120急救车院前急救空驾情况,为提高120急救车出勤率提供依据。方法收集2013年7—12月该院120值班记录该资料,对电话受理次数、出诊次数、空驶次数、空驶进行统计分析,并实施针对性处理对策。结果该院2013年7—12月120急救车空驶率分别为4.1%、3.6%、3.1%、2.7%、2.4%、1.9%、3%。造成120急救车空驶原因有如下:院前死亡、打错电话、司机与出诊医护人员未重视、医护人员抢救不协调、环境因素、急救网络因素、地址不详、患者自行去医院等。其中司机与医护人员因素、呼救者因素、急救网络因素及环境因素均为影响120急救车空驶的影响因素。实施处理对策后该院2014年7—12月120急救车空驶率分别为1.39%、1.21%、0.97%、1.15%、0.75%、0.7%、1.15%,显著低于2013年7—12月120急救车空驶率。结论司机与医护人员因素、呼救者因素、急救网络因素及环境因素均为影响120急救车空驶的影响因素,因此需对如上因素实施针对性处理对策,可显著减少120急救车空驶率,大大降低该院人力物力的浪费。

Objective To study the 120 air ambulance pre-hospital emergency driving situations, in order to improve 120 emergency vehicles to provide evidence attendance. Methods Collected from July 2013 to December 2013, our hospital from 120 book information, on duty on phone to accept the number, the number of visits, carried out a statistical analysis on the number of empty, empty, and implement targeted countermeasures. Results Ambulance treated in our hospital from December 7, 2013-2013, empty rate were 4.1%,3.6%,3.1%,3.6%,2.4%,1.9%,3%. 120 ambulance empty the reasons were as follows: pre-hospital death, wrong telephone, drivers and medical staff did not pay attention, visited a medical staff rescue not harmonious factors, environmental factors, first aid network, location is unknown, the patient to go to a hospital, etc. The driver with the medical staff, call for helper, first aid network factors and environmental factors were factors affecting more than 120 ambulance empty. After the implementation of countermeasures from 7,2014- December 2014 ambulance empty rate were 1.39%, 1.21%, 0.97%, 1.21%, 0.75%, 0.7%, 1.15%, significantly lower than 7,2013- December 2013 ambulance empty rate. Conclusion The driver with the medical staff, call for helper, first aid network factors and environmental factors are factors affecting more than 120 ambulance empty. Therefore need to implement targeted countermeasures for the above factors, can significantly reduce the rate of 120 an ambulance empty, greatly reduce the waste of our resources.
